5 Ways to Restore and Rejuvenate your Summer Practice!

Summer is officially HERE. Between the stifling degrees and long days, it is easy to "fall of the bandwagon" of your yoga practice.  And we get it -- the vacations, the BBQs, the friends in town, the go-go mentality of wanting to soak up each and every second of sun and fun.  However, adding your yoga practice back into your weekly schedule will restore and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.  Here are 5 tips to help you get back on track!

1. Hydrate

This one may be a no-brainer.  Rather even a friendly reminder.  However, the more hydrated and nourished our bodies are, the more willing we are to get to class.  Did you know that hydration starts a day prior to your practice? That's right, studies suggest drinking an extra 100 oz. of water the day before you exercise. So grab your reuseable water bottle, and get to drinking!  Your body will thank you.
