Mindful Moments: Soul

As we embrace the new year, Yoga One embarks on Mindful Moments. On and off the mat, we encourage you to take moments each day and incorporate a dose of mindfulness.  This week is all about taking care of your SOUL.

Have you ever had an experience that you have loved so much it lingers in your mind, body, and soul? An experience that brings out the best in you, fills your "cup", and makes all your 5 senses come alive. . . This experience may be as small as buying yourself flowers or as big as achieving one of your big goals.  THIS is your soul speaking to you. Lean in and listen up. 

Over the past few weeks, we've discussed the importance of feeding your mind and body, however, what is equally as important is nourishing your SOUL.  Take the time to excavate the questions below and if you're feeling stuck, check these out.
